Burlington Staff
The Burlington School office is staffed by polite, experienced and well trained professionals. We aim to offer support for all aspects of your stay with us. Anything you may need to discuss, whether it is academic, accommodation, visas, or personal matters, you will find someone to help you in the Burlington School Office.
Front Desk
The Burlington School Front desk is open during office hours. New bookings and enquiries are taken at the desk. Students already studying at the school may extend their course(s), or get advice regarding course options etc.
International Booking Desk
Here we deal with all enquiries and bookings from all over the world. Everyday, we receive and send faxes, emails, letters and phone calls from students and agents all planning their time ahead at The Burlington School.
Accommodation & Welfare Desk
Our Welfare Desk is always available to assist students with any confidential or personal matters. Our emergency telephone number is operational 24 hours a day. Our Accommodation and Welfare Officer arranges local accommodation in the homes of British families, who are carefully selected by us not only because they offer a very high standard of accommodation, but because they also offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Staying with one of our families provides extensive opportunities for language practice and interesting insights into the British way of life. Many families can cater for special diets or needs.
If you prefer, however, independent self-catering accommodation can be arranged as can hotels or guest-houses.
Our Accommodation & Welfare Officer will ensure you are entirely happy and comfortable during your stay and will help with all aspects of your accommodation and welfare.
Transport Services
The Burlington School has its own transfer service for students arriving at Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted and City airports. The student is welcomed by one of the School's drivers. We then transport the student directly to his or her accommodation.
